I found my new favorite drink. The Ewok. It was so delicious and just the right amount of flavors. The coffee ☕️ the honey 🍯 the deliciousness. If you’re not roasted then you’re just toasted. ROASTED, the place to go when you want to be on the highest galactic level of coffee.
We stopped for a cup of coffee. Ended up getting a Dorty Hor (coffee with horchata) and a Dirty Nanna (coffee/horchata/banana)We also ordered two of the kolaches for breakfast. One was a pulled pork/,gouda and the other egg, chorizo and cheese.The service was great. This is a very small shop with friendly staff.My only recommendation is that the kolaches are heated longer. Ours were not fully heated through, so we had to heat them through when we returned home.The pastries all looked delicious, including their gf/vegan selections.If you are in Corpus Christi, it's worth a stop!

We always look for local coffee places and we decided to try this one Saturday, definitely had to go back on Sunday before we headed back home. Small place but packs a punch. The tea and coffee were both delicious. We also had the pig and the blanket kolache plus the spicy brisket one. Yummy!!! The lovely laddies working were super sweet and helpful. ❤️
Always greeted when I enter and they have good suggestions, absolutely love the service and drinks/food…good energy all around :) I’ll always come back for my coffee needs!!
I love coming to roasted to study and read, it has such a calming atmosphere that makes me focus. Everytime I come I try a new drink, they're all so good. My favorites so far are the cookies and cream frappe and purple lotus. They have a great bagel club too. This charming little café has a great menu selection of coffee, tea, and pastries. They have cute names for their latte with some of my favorites are Berry White and Scooby Doo Snack. This location also has a drive thru for the ones on a time crunch.
